Drawing & Painting Classes in and around Frome.
I run several art courses through the year focussing on Drawing and Painting.
I teach mainly Watercolour and Acrylic along with other media such as charcoal, pencils, and pastels. I teach all of the key techniques with these mediums meaning my classes are suitable for all abilities. I try to include a wide range of subject matter from still life, sea and landscapes through to the figure and everything in between!
I encourage my students to find their own style. I also include a little art history and we look at historical and contemporary artists. My classes are fun, relaxed and social. I want you to feel looked after and safe to explore your own creativity with like minded people. I create a supportive atmosphere which also recognises the importance of the social aspect of the class, the learning, the friends made, and of course of the restorative benefits of tea/coffee and biscuits!
